Host Region

Marlborough will host the 2010 ITOC Conference at the Marlborough Convention Centre.

Accommodation

Allied members (except RTOs*) - please book your accommodation direct with the Marlborough Convention Centre. They hold block bookings for the ITOC Conference at special rates. All are subject to availability.

(*RTO's need not book - a block booking is held on your behalf and you will be contacted by RTONZ to allocate you a room)
 
Full members - room allotments are held for you: the ITOC Secretariat will contact you directly to allocate you a room.

Transportation will be provided between the conference venue and Blenheim accommodation listed below as noted in the conference programme.

Book on Conference Registration Form 

Coach to Havelock from Blenheim and board Marlborough Travel’s mv Odyssea and taken to Raetihi Lodge in the Kenepuru Sound. Enjoy morning tea before a short coach trip to Nopera Bay Golf Course to enjoy a day of golf. Lunch will be provided by Raetihi Lodge on the course.
After golf travel via mv Odyssea to Portage Resort Hotel to meet with the rest of the sightseeing groups (below)  and for the award drinks.
Delegates will then be transported through the Queen Charlotte Sound to Picton and returned to Blenheim in time for evening flights home.

9.30am Depart from Havelock aboard mv Odyssea
10.15am Arrive at Raetihi Lodge for Morning Tea
11am Golf at Nopera Bay Golf Course
12.30pm Gourmet BBQ lodge at Golf Course
2pm finish Golf
2.30pm leave Nopera
3pm Arrive at Portage Resort Hotel for aftermatch drinks and awards
4pm Depart from Portage and return to Picton aboard Cougarline
5.30pm Arrive at the Airport or Accommodation

Book on Conference Registration Form 

Coach to Havelock from Blenheim and board Marlborough Travel’s mv Odyssea and taken on a Greenshell Mussel Cruise In the Kenepuru Sound. Morning tea will be at Raetihi Lodge and lunch at Portage Resort Hotel.
After lunch you can relax at the lodge or enjoy kayaking, fishing or a short walk in the Kenepuru Sound.
You will be returned to Portage Resort Hotel with the golfers for the award drinks.
Delegates will then be transported through the Queen Charlotte Sound to Picton and returned to Blenheim in time for evening flights home.

For those who wish to catch the 4.40pm flight direct from Blenheim to Auckland there is the option of an early departure at 2.30pm from Portage Resort Hotel via Picton.
For those who staying overnight in Blenheim they are welcome to return to their accommodation via Havelock.

Coach to Picton from in Blenheim. In Picton you board the Cougarline and are whisked into the Queen Charlotte Sound to enjoy a delicious lunch at Bay of Many Coves Resort. In the afternoon you have the option of taking a fishing trip with Sounds Connection or going to Portage Resort Hotel for an afternoon of kayaking or relaxing in the bar.
You will end the day at Portage Resort Hotel for drinks and the golfers award ceremony
Delegates will then be transported via Picton in time for evening flights home.

10.30am Depart from Picton Aboard Cougar Line for a Queen Charlotte Sound Cruise
12pm Arrive at Bay Of Many Coves Resort for a two course lunch
1.30pm Board the Cougar Line and cruise to Torea Bay
2.30pm Arrive at Portage Resort Hotel for a relaxing afternoon or for the more adventurous kayaking in the Kenepuru Sound
3pm Golf Day aftermatch drinks and awards
4pm Depart from Portage and return to Picton aboard Cougarline
5.30pm Arrive at the Airport or Accommodation
