China Market Portfolio Group

The China Market Portfolio Group (CMPG) has been formed to allow ITOC full members who are active in the China market to meet and discuss issues that affect the China market.

Membership
The ITOC Board has approved membership criteria for the ITOC China Market Portfolio Group and all members of the portfolio group will be subject to an annual audit in accordance with the audit process and Code of Ethics and Practice.

Membership of this group is open to ITOC Full Members who participate in the Chin market, subject to the following criteria:

• Have been a full member of ITOC for a minimum of 12 months
• Meet all the criteria of the ITOC Code of Ethics and the ITOC CMPG approved membership and best practice criteria
• Sign the Deed of Understanding (updated October 2003)
• Complete the membership application form (updated October 2003)
• Pay the application fee
• Be subject to an annual audit performed by our China Market Portfolio Group Auditor

Also available is the Memorandum of Understanding signed between ITOC and Tourism New Zealand.

Important Note: The Ministry of Tourism announced a review of the NZ Onshore China ADS system in mid-2006. A new ADS scheme will be implemented from 1 November 2007 under the control of Tourism New Zealand and the ITOC China Market Portfolio Group will cease to exist from 30 January 2008. For more information visit the Tourism New Zealand website.
