Membership and Financial Criteria

Download the Membership and Financial Criteria document below. This sets out the requirements for the Full Membership category. This does not apply to the Allied Membership category.

All Full Members will be required to successfully complete an annual Qualmark assessment based on criteria jointly determined by Qualmark and ITOC. A copy of the generic Qualmark criteria can be accessed here. Additional specific criteria for endorsed inbound tour operators can be accessed here.
