ITOC Operator of the Year Award

Each year, ITOC awards its Operator of the Year Award to an outstanding tourism operation. This is a prestigious and much sought after award which recognises excellence and an outstanding visitor experience.

2011 Operator of the Year Winners are:

AOT New Zealand - Inbound Tour Operator of the Year (Full member)
AOT New Zealand is part of the AOT Group which works as inbound operators for New Zealand, Australia and the South Pacific.  AOT New Zealand has a tremendous range of New Zealand travel product - from accommodation and tours to car hire, events, attractions and activities. Networking with existing and potential new alied supply partners is a valued part of their ITOC membership.

Southern Discoveries
- Tour Operator of the Year (Allied member) 
Operating since 1960, Southern Discoveries rebranded from Milford Sound Red Boats after it was purchased by the Skegg Family in 2008. Southern Discoveries have expanded their busienss during the past few years, most recently with the purchase of 50% shareholding in Kawawau Jet and the purchase of Queenstown Fishing Guides and Charters.
