Registration Form

Please mail, fax, scan or email your registration details to the ITOC office using the info@itoc.org.nz email address. You will receive a confirmation by email. An invoice will then be issued to you by ITOC for payment.

Payment can be made by direct account transfer, credit card or cheque.
