RTONZ represents the 30 Regional Tourism Organisations throughout New Zealand.

The Memorandum of Understanding between ITOC and Regional Tourism Organisations NZ was signed in December 2004 at the ITOC Members Forum in Auckland and this was updated in 2006 and again in 2010.
